Buchanan Galleries is operating in accordance with government guidelines and we have a number of measures in place to ensure your shopping experience at Buchanan Galleries is safe and stress-free.
The Scottish government has made it mandatory for customers to wear a face covering in all retail settings so don't forget to bring yours with you on your visit. You are required to wear a face covering in shops, on the malls and in all indoor public areas, and it can only be removed when you are sitting down to eat or drink in one of our cafes or food venues. If you have a medical exemption please let a member of our team know when you arrive.
Please also be aware that some shops are not accepting cash so please be prepared to pay by card. Please check with individual retailers.
Your safety is our number one priority, so we have lots of signage to help you keep a safe distance from others while shopping.
We're also managing pedestrian flow on the malls. Simply follow the arrows on the floor.
We have hand sanitiser stations at all entrance points, and our in-centre cleaning teams will be working harder than ever to help make Buchanan Galleries a safe place for everybody.
We are monitoring capacity and our stores will have limits on the number of people who can enter. This may result in the need to queue.
Our Christmas opening hours can be viewed here however please not that individual store opening hours may vary. Please check with individual stores before you visit.
Please be thoughtful and give priority lift access to our disabled customers and those with pushchairs.
To protect yourself and others, please travel in the lift alone or with members of your household only.
