Your vehicle registration details will be used for ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) purposes and will be logged against your season ticket. We will not use this information for any other reason.
Season tickets are only available on a first come, first served basis due to numbers being limited.
Should a ticket become inactive for a period of 3 months then the card will be cancelled, without prior notification.
Season tickets will not be issued until paid in full.
Payment for tickets must be made in person at a pay station, located on levels 2-5.
We do not accept American Express (AMEX), cheque payments or payments by phone.
All season ticket prices are inclusive of vat.
All season ticket holders will be issued with a plastic season ticket, free of charge, which is reusable.
Lost plastic season tickets will incur a replacement charge of £10, payable at the time of purchasing a new season ticket.
The Car Park Control Room will only waive the £10 fee in exceptional circumstances and this is entirely at their discretion.
Any reports of ticket machines retaining season tickets must be made to the Car Park Control Room immediately.
All season tickets carry an expiry date, the date of which will be determined by the pass type purchased.
All season tickets allow overnight parking, unless otherwise specified.
25 visit tickets are valid for 25 individual entries & exits between Monday and Sunday. Tickets will expire after 3 months from date of purchase or after the last entry/exit has been used, whichever comes sooner.
75 visit tickets are valid for 75 individual entries & exits between Monday and Sunday. Tickets will expire after 6 months from date of purchase or after the last entry/exit has been used, whichever comes sooner.
150 visit tickets are valid for 150 individual entries & exits between Monday and Sunday. Tickets will expire after 9 months from date of purchase or after the last entry/exit has been used, whichever comes sooner.
Any visits/funds not used prior to the season ticket expiring will be lost and funds will not be transferrable.
If you attempt to enter the car park using a season ticket with a £0 balance, you will not be granted entry and you will be required to take a 'paper' ticket to gain entry to the car park - the cost of which is fully chargeable in line with our parking tariffs.
No refunds will be issued for any unused visits/funds.
All season ticket sales are final and no refunds will be issued if you change your mind.
Season ticket expiry date cannot be extended.
Season tickets may be withdrawn by Buchanan Galleries at any time and without prior notification.
Season tickets may be cancelled by Buchanan Galleries if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Retailers should be prepared to provide evidence that they work within Buchanan Galleries.
