Car Park Ticket

Please be aware that Buchanan Galleries season tickets were withdrawn on 31/12/22.

However, you will still be able to enjoy parking with us regularly, at a discounted price, by contacting our partner Premium Car Parks (PCP).

We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and thank you for your continued support of Buchanan Galleries.

Credit Remaining

Please note, if you still had credit remaining, on or after 31st December 2022, any monies remaining on the season ticket at that date will be lost. This is in line with our terms and conditions.

Since July 2022, we were actively communicating that season tickets would be withdrawn at the end of December 2022.

Based on this we feel that we have done all that is reasonably practicable to highlight that season tickets would be withdrawn and we are therefore unable to offer a refund.

Join PCP

Please note, joining PCP is a two part process, including the initial set up of the direct debit and then a further confirmation email to advise your account is active. Only at that point does it mean you can enter / exit our car park using your PCP account.

It can take up to 48 working hours for PCP to action your request.
